We offer specialist Building Surveying services in core areas of Contract Administration, Project Management, and health and safety advice, including roles as Principal Designer/Advisor under CDM regulations 2015.

Here also offering further bespoke inspection services including general building condition surveys, defect reports and diagnostics, feasibility studies, planned maintenance surveys, insurance related works, this through to measured surveys, Planning and Building regulation compliance applications/ drawings , as well as professional advice and guidance on Party Wall and neighbourly matters , lease review and dilapidations guidance, whilst also providing cost and budget management guidance.
