Building condition surveys on an array of residential and commercial properties for pre-acquisition, pre-purchase, feasibility, defects recognition/building pathology, general wants of repair or for planned or future maintenance budgets over 5 -10 year maintenance periods.

We can offer technical guidance across a wide range of property styles, ages and types of construction. Tracing and identifying concerns on specific building defects or points of ingress or failure, providing an overview or record of current building fabric condition through to guidance on future proofing or protecting and extending the longevity of a building asset. Offering technical assistance on both reactive and proactive approaches to building maintenance, repair and refurbishment.

We also offer specific inspections including damp/timber assessments, mould and condensation-related surveys, thermal imaging surveys showing temperature difference and potential heat loss, as well as borescope surveys to voids and cavities and telescopic polecam surveys for higher-level assessments.
